try before you hire

A paid trial of up to five business days is highly encouraged. This gives the Family and the Candidate a chance to get to know each other for a few days before family commits to a permanent hire, or candidate commits to a permanent job.

 

We do not collect a fee for trials, however the helper will expect to be paid during this period. Pay rate is usually the same daily or hourly rate the candidate will be paid once hired permanently. 

Trials and compensation are to be negotiated directly between Family and Candidate.
